Image band to band interlace error.
This is a composite image showing a linear road feature appearing correctly
in the bottom half of the image, and spatially offset in the upper right
portion of the image where the band to band registration of pixels is incorrect.
The image is greatly magnified, each pixel representing 1.2m on the ground.
This has the visual effect of slightly blurring the complete image, and
degrades the georeferencing accuracy of the entire image.
